Daisy Class listened to this song. They heard Ne-yo sing about how sad he was because he was heartbroken because love was taken away from him. We wrote our own song lyrics of what things make us feel ‘so sick’!
So Sick
We are so sick of getting hurt when somebody kicks us in the leg,
We are fed up of children hurting us by telling us to ‘go away’!
We feel sad and sick when people smack,
And feel lonely when children won’t play with us.
We are so miserable when our friends don’t like us anymore,
We don’t like it when our Mums get mad or shout at us.
We are so sick of children who pinch us for no reason,
And we are sick of those who lie to our face!
We are so sick of people who are never kind,
And get annoyed by those who ignore us!
Why do children hit others?
And why don’t they listen when they are told to stop?
We are truly sick of mean people stepping on snails around the world,
And are sick of people shooting innocent victims.
We are sick of people mistreating animals.
We are sick of the young and old dying
because someone has stabbed them!
We are sick of people picking up glass bottles and hitting others on the head!
We are so sick of all these terrible wars,
And of people fighting and killing and dying!
We are so sick of it we want it to stop
Be kind to each other instead!
Why can’t we just love each other
And respect one another?
