Uniform is sold by members of the Friends of the School and
is sold in the school hall which is straight through the main
entrance and past the secretary's office.
School uniform is available on Friday afternoons at 3 o'clock.
We are very keen that children should wear school uniform
and so although these are the most convenient times for us,
and we would welcome your co-operation, we will make sure
that you can purchase uniform at other times should you not
be able to accommodate our arrangements. In this case please
contact Anne Collins the school bursar on the main school
number.

If parents remember the purpose of uniform when providing
school clothing it is really just common sense. We want children
to be comfortable in practical clothes that do not draw attention
to themselves. This is because we do not want school to be
about fashion and we want to ensure that children do not engage
in competitive dressing, which undermines equality of opportunity.
We also feel we are a family and want to look similar. We
also want to make life easier for parents. If you have any
doubts please ask at the office.
There is a small supply of good quality second hand uniform
which we would be delighted to make available to parents as
appropriate.
